Ministers for Christ Assembly of Churches

We do not have a CHOICE to take another's life!

Proverbs 6
16   These six things doth the LORD hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him:
17   A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood,
18   An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief, (KJV)

When does the soul enter life? The Lord told us when it is given. It does not enter into life before conception. Job 31:15 reads, "Did not He that made me in the womb make him? And did not one fashion us in the womb?" And Jeremiah 1:5 says, "Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations,"

The angel of the Lord told Mary that Jesus was conceived in the womb. He was a real person then as much as the day He was delivered, Matt. 1:20. The virgin was with child, vs. 20. He was a child before He was born.

The babe leaped in Elizabeth's womb, Luke 1:41. He was a real person and had real life before he came forth out of the womb.

Does a doctor have the right to take a life of an unborn child? The men in court say so. They say that is altogether the decision of the mother and her doctor.

Wouldn't it be just as logical for the court to say, "When it comes to committing murder that is left to the decision of the man who holds the gun and his attorney? The one who is murdered has no chance."

What is the difference in murdering the child before he is delivered? Is not abortion murder? Does not the right of life come directly from the Life Giver? Are doctors paid assassins?

Since it is legal, is it all right to perform abortion? People may legalize whiskey, horse racing or prostitution houses, but that does not make it right! Legalize a tiger and bring him down from the forest and put him in the streets. He is more dangerous because he is available and in reach of all the boys and girls.

In some countries they legalize mercy-killings, and are trying to do it here in America. When a man or woman becomes sixty years old, or are pronounced incurable, the doctors may legally give them some medicine to "ease them off" and get them out of their suffering.

You say, "You have no right to do that; it would be murder." A young child has just as much right to live as an old man , and old old woman, or a young child in the sight of the Life Giver", it is still murder!

We have been bought with a price. We are not our own. The body is the temple of God. If you destroy that temple, God will destroy you, I Cor. 6:20.

Is the Lord or the devil planning abortion? "These six things doth the Lord hate. Yea, seven are an abomination unto Him. A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood. . " Proverbs 6:16-17.

God hates hands that shed innocent blood. King Herod passed a law that all babies should be killed, Matt. 2:16. Pharaoh passed the same law, Exodus 1:22. Who was behind such decisions? It was the devil, trying to destroy a prophet of God.

Who is going to speak for the innocent child? It cannot speak for itself. Would you speak for a deaf mute? Many laws say that the unborn child is a living person who has rights. Yet the reds and the pinks in our country demand state laws to permit legal death to the innocent.

We have never seen so much meddling with private human affairs. Abortion has become a war cry to millions. These "termites" blame population explosion, the mother's mental health, deformed children, but ignore the moral side. They use these things for propaganda purposes. They have a much deeper purpose in their undermining work than just being concerned about a woman's health. It has been proven that abortions wreck the health of many.

I speak for the rights of the child, wanted or unwanted, illegitimate or legitimate, I am for life and preservation. If my life is valuable, other lives are equally valuable. The way it starts does not change my mind about that.

Judges decide that decisions must be left up to mothers and doctors. They are not shifting the responsibility fully to them. For the blood of the child will be crying out at them at the judgment, as much so as if they had thrown the baby into the incinerator and burned it alive!

Many will say, "Why the uproar over abortion?" It is their crowd that started the calamity. They say there will be mass deaths because of air pollution. They pictured how the waters are laden with filth. They say that we won't have enough food to eat, not enough houses to live in, not enough ground to lie down on, not enough space to fly airplanes; we will run out of food, shelter, and air to breathe, all at the same time if the babies are not killed.

They want to kill all the babies so they can live. Americans were horrified over Hitler killing 6,000,000 Jews, but they want to slay 100,000,000 innocent babies. They say they deplore Russia and China killing million people, but they want to legalize human extermination.

No government has ever played God very long. Nebuchadnezzar, Belshazzar, Alexander the Great, Nero and others tried it. Their kingdoms went down. Herod slaughtered the innocent. He perished. Hitler destroyed the aged. He died in flames and will exist in eternity in flames. None of these played God by themselves. All who agreed with them were guilty. God will not be mocked. How can one say that it is right to destroy life in order to assure life to a few? Hitler destroyed millions of lives to establish a super race. He failed. So will Uncle Sam.

The man who built a gallows for Mordecai was hanged on the same gallows. The men who put Daniel into the lion's den died in the same den. The men who put the hebrew boys into the fire died in the same fire. The men who were ready to cut Peter's head off, were beheaded. You don't break the law. The law breaks you. God has made a law. You will reap what you sow. ~~END~~

Gianna Jessen Abortion Survivor in Australia Part 2

Abortion survivor to tell story at rally

Last Updated: January 15, 2005, 06:28:27 AM PST

Gianna Jessen came into the world as a surprise. Her 17-year-old mother knew she was pregnant. She also knew she didn't want to be. She underwent an abortion procedure, having toxic saline solution injected into the womb during the third trimester.

Jessen, then in the womb for 7 months, spent 18 hours in the solution. "It burns the baby inside and out," she said. "(The mother) is to deliver a dead baby within 24 hours." But when a 2-pound Jessen emerged, she was alive.

"I did not die that day," Jessen said. "I was delivered alive in a Los AngelesCounty abortion clinic in a room full of teenage girls who had already had the saline injections and were feeling their children die inside of them."

Jessen will tell her story Friday at a Sanctity of Life Rally in Modesto sponsored by the "11th Hour" TV program.

Raised in California, Jessen lives in Nashville, Tenn. She has traveled the world since she was 14, telling of her experience.

Jessen spent her first three months in a hospital incubator. Doctors at the hospital did not expect her to live, she said. But she did. She was then put in emergency foster care, before being placed at 17 months with a foster mother who would become her adoptive grandmother. Afflicted with cerebral palsy resulting from lack of oxygen in the womb, Jessen was "32 pounds of dead weight," she said. She wasn't expected to hold up her head, sit up, crawl or walk.

Her foster mother worked with Jessen, who at age 3 began to walk with a walker and leg braces. Today, she walks with a slight limp in her left leg.

Jessen has done indoor rock climbing and is training for the MusicCity marathon in Nashville in a few months. She plans to take swing or tango dance lessons after that. Jessen also writes and performs songs, ranging from love ballads to social commentary.

"Never say never," she said in a recent phone interview. "A person and God always have the opportunity to progress. No matter what point you are at, you can always do something, even if it is just the tiniest thing."

On Christmas when she was 12, Jessen learned she had survived an abortion attempt. Before, when she had asked why she had cerebral palsy, her adoptive mother the daughter of her foster mother told her hers was a traumatic, premature birth. But that day when she asked, her mother decided Jessen was ready to hear the truth. She told her that her biological mother was young and without hope.

"I was aborted, right?" Jessen asked. Her adoptive mother confirmed it. Jessen was calm.

"It must have been the Lord, because I didn't freak out," Jessen remembered. "I totally believe that the Lord Jesus spared my life and I would not be walking today if it were not for the grace of God and the power of Christ. I know that when you need God to walk every day, you know that God is real."

Jessen said she never dwelled on feelings of rejection, and someday wants to have or adopt children herself.

Louise Shatswell, producer of "The 11th Hour," said she hopes those who hear Jessen will be touched by her story and "that their eyes will be opened to the reality of life at that stage of life."

The rally will include a question-and-answer session with Jessen, as well as counselors and literature from the ModestoPregnancyCenter.

It's impossible to know exactly how many babies survive abortion procedures, but it is rare, said Jessen, who met 11 others ranging in age from young children to 65 years old at a conference about 10 years ago.

Shatswell thinks Jessen's appearance brings another view to a society that endorses the idea that "if you don't want it, get rid of it," she said. "I don't believe the majority of people who get abortions are really informed about what they are doing.

"She is a living example of an unborn child being a child and not being a thing, a glob, an unidentified piece of nothing," Shatswell said. "It's a real-life living baby and the sanctity of life that the Bible gives doesn't sanction killing a child, whether in the womb or outside the womb."

If a woman told her she was considering an abortion, Jessen said she would listen to her, then lead her to a pregnancy crisis center for tests and counseling.

"I would say that choosing to have an abortion is something she would never forget," said Jessen, who advocates adoption.

"Can't we just give a little and say, 'I may not be the best mother for this child, but I love this child enough to sacrifice for it'?" she asked. "Isn't that the ultimate love?"

Jessen is conscious that examples speak louder than words. She often talks to young people about the value of chastity, modesty and honor. She wants to remind people that all of their choices have consequences.

"My biological parents made some really poor choices," she said. "I forgive them for what they did (but) I live every day with the result of the 'choice' that my biological mother made 27 years ago. So it's ridiculous to think our choices on a moment-by-moment basis only affect us. They always affect someone else, for good or ill."

Jessen is sometimes unprepared for the grief that pours out from others when they hear her story. "Women who have had abortions have come up to me crying, saying, 'I wish I had never done this. I had no idea the pain I would live with for the rest of my life,'" she said.

Men, too, have talked to her of feeling powerless or regretful about supporting an abortion. "At the end of the day, I do a lot of listening," Jessen said.

It's not all listening. She met President Bush in 2002 and has appeared before Congress, including speaking against partial-birth abortion in 1999 and in support of the Born-Alive Infants Protection Act in 2000.

She said she doesn't often think about her mother's abortion. "I just spend my life trying to smile and overcome," she said. "Sometimes, it does hit me, 'Oh, my gosh, I was aborted; that's huge.' There are days I think about it and I think, 'This is amazing.' But my whole life has been, so far, kind of an adventure. I really look at life that way."

Gianna Jessen will speak at 7 p.m. Friday in the ModestoHigh School auditorium. An interview with Jessen will appear on the "11th Hour" TV program from 6 to 7 a.m. Feb. 4. Check listings at For information about the program, call 526-9700. For more about Jessen, call 615-794-2964 or e-mail
